Our wedding coordination services kick off 3–4 months before your big day, giving us plenty of time to get to know your vision and answer any questions along the way. We’ll schedule Zoom meetings to dive into all the important details. As your wedding day approaches, we’ll create a comprehensive timeline to share with your vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

We are experts in the Northern Colorado area and are familiar with many venues in Northern Colorado, Estes Park and Grand County!

On the big day, we’re there from start to finish—greeting vendors, setting up your ceremony and reception décor, lighting candles, and making sure every moment flows seamlessly. We’ll also facilitate your rehearsal, guiding the ceremony processional and recessional. After the celebration, we’ll pack up gifts, organize the getaway car, and carefully repackage your décor, leaving you and friends and family free to soak in the magic of your wedding day.
