Our full-service planning and wedding management package is designed to make your planning process seamless and your wedding day stress-free. It starts with a comprehensive spending plan meeting, complete with a customizable worksheet and vendor budget targets, so you’re set up for success from day one. We’ll help you design every detail of your wedding—from stationery and branding to rentals, color palettes, and themes—creating a cohesive design board with links to easily rent or purchase the items you need. We’ll schedule venue visits, review contracts, and secure the perfect venue, then source and vet vendors who match your style, budget, and availability. Throughout the process, you’ll receive weekly updates, curated vendor recommendations, a custom planning checklist, monthly emails, and unlimited meetings, calls, and emails for all the support you need.

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll handle all the logistics, from coordinating a walkthrough meeting at your venue to creating a detailed timeline and floorplan layout for your vendors. On the big day, we’ll be there to greet and manage vendors, set up décor, light candles, safeguard your marriage license, and tackle any hiccups that arise. We’ll facilitate your rehearsal, ceremony, processional, and recessional, and when the celebration winds down, we’ll pack up gifts, organize your getaway car, and repackage décor. Plus, we bring our famous Carver Coordination Emergency Kit—packed with over 100 items—so you can relax knowing every detail is covered.
