We’ll help you source up to three additional vendors that match your style, budget, and availability, attending meetings and reviewing contracts to ensure everything is a perfect fit. We have a few extra meetings to touch base on these vendors.

When the big day arrives, we’re by your side from start to finish. We’ll facilitate your rehearsal, ceremony, processional, and recessional, as well as attend a walkthrough meeting at your venue 6 weeks to a month before the wedding to finalize all the details. We’ll create a custom floorplan layout and a detailed timeline, keeping everyone on track with real-time updates and text reminders. On the day of, we’ll greet vendors, set up décor, light candles, safeguard your marriage license, and handle any unexpected issues that arise. After the celebration, we’ll do the heavy lifting and clean up!
