Up on the hill in the beautiful landscapes of Estes Park, Ethan and Liz celebrated their love story at the iconic Stanley Hotel, with their ceremony held on the stunning Longs Peak Lawn. Their wedding was a blend of personal touches, intentional design, and a unique fall color palette that left everyone in awe.
Incorporating Their Love Story
Ethan and Liz, who met at CrossFit, incorporated their shared passion into their wedding itinerary. They even started their rehearsal day with a workout, embodying their commitment to strength and their new marriage. What a wonderful way to start the wedding weekend, with the way it all started!

Furry Friends and Personalized Touches
One of our favorite parts of the day was the inclusion of the couple's adorable dogs. Not only did their furry friends participate in the ceremony, but they also made the cutest appearances on the bar signs, adding a touch of their family and personality to the celebration. The dogs also got to dress up for the occasion with special flower wreaths, further enhancing the romantic and loving atmosphere.
Aisle and Floral Arrangements
As guests took their seats for the ceremony, they were greeted by a gorgeous display of flowers lining the aisle walkway. The floral arrangements featured blue hues against traditional fall colors, creating a unique and elegant autumn palette. This sophisticated blend of colors extended throughout the whole wedding decor, with small pops of color, heavy greenery, and gold accents adding to their modern mid-century aesthetic.
Traditional Touches
The ceremony also honored Jewish heritage with meaningful traditions woven into the day. It was a beautiful nod to their cultural backgrounds and a testament to the couple’s dedication to celebrating family roots.
Bespoke Design Elements
One of the design elements that stood out was the large letters spelling out the couple’s new last name, meticulously hand-built by Ethan himself. These bespoke pieces were not only a focal point for the reception but also a symbol of the care and work that went into every detail of wedding planning. Complementing this were the stone table numbers, special signage, intentional florals and decor that molded a classy atmosphere.
"I think the most important thing from a planner is to be able to totally relax and enjoy your wedding day - I absolutely felt that way thanks to Carver Coordination!" - Ethan
Sparkler Exit and Memorable Moments
As the night drew to a close, guests gathered outside for a picture perfect sparkler exit. The glow of the sparklers shined as bright as the love in the room, creating a wonderful ending to a truly unforgettable day.
Ethan and Liz’s wedding at the Stanley Hotel was a work of art in blending personal touches with sophisticated design. Their intentional and elegant approach, combined with their unique color palette and heartfelt moments, made for a celebration that was as breathtaking as the Colorado mountains!!
