Wedding Management
Trust us to take care of your event details on your special day. This package is also known as Day of Coordination. We will meet 3 months out from your wedding date to assure that we have all of information we need to make your day go smoothly. We will go over vendors contracts and create a timeline. We will attend a walk through at your venue, run your rehearsal, and see to all of the details the day of your wedding.

Sick of everyone asking how wedding planning is going, only to answer, “I am so stressed!”? It can really be overwhelming, but we understand that from firsthand experience. That is why we aim to free up your busy schedule and save you time and energy. We will reach out to vendors, handle the trillion of back-and-forth emails, keep you on track by knowing what to work on next, and provide advice and expertise when it all gets to be too much.
Venue Search
Do you need help finding your venue? With this package, we do the leg work researching venues on your behalf and provide you 5 venues with your available dates and pros and cons of each. We ask you to fill out a questionnaire and potentially schedule a quick call if needed to understand your wants, then in 1-2 weeks we have options for you. It gets you over the initial hurdle of picking a venue! All you have to do is schedule tours at the venues that we narrow down for you. If you decide to still book full service planning down the road, the cost of the venue search package is taken out of the full service package.

The consultation includes a 90 minute phone call to ask us anything wedding! We can chat venue or vendor recommendations, logistics, inspiration, design etc. Its your choice! Let me know the topic and I will come prepared. You will leave the call with actionable items.
